Fully Enclosed Cover/Protector Warranty

Taperly Products warrants this Rest-Guard cover to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase.

If such defects should become apparent within the warranty period, Taperly Products will replace the mattress cover, provided the following care instructions have been followed:

Machine wash and dry the cover as soon as possible after spillage, preferably while still fresh and wet, according to the wash and care instructions.
To register a claim please contact Taperly Products within 5 days of incident.
The product must be returned to a customer service Representative for inspection and validation.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED COVER TO THE RETAILER FROM WHICH YOU PURCHASED IT.
Purchase receipt for mattress cover must be retained to validate warranty.
Products should be dried under low or air dry settings ONLY. If covers are dried under higher heat setting, it could or will void the warranty.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO:
Normal wear and tear, normal soiling from everyday use, rips, tears, or punctures, bedding used for commercial purposes, any bedding covers that have been mishandled or abused, stains caused by inks, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, alcohol, dyes or solvents.

The Warranty does not extend to: mattress base or box springs (unless our fully enclosed cover is being used on the box spring), other bedding and related ensembles, and any bedding not fitted with Rest-Guard covers.

This warranty replaces all other warranties express or implied. No one is authorized to assume or undertake for Taperly Products any other liability in connection with the sale of this product. Taperly Products shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage of whatever kind and shall only be required to service the faulty mattress cover stain. This warranty is exclusively made by Taperly Products and is not made by or on behalf of its distributor or any other party.
